you should have showed us the up close photos of the grooves that you created so that the shift knob locks in as well as the up close look of the top of it with the wedge in and how you mounted it and of course the final reveal where you show the shift knob already installed in the car and functional but just the same what's appreciate your video

What lift are you using??

Could have just used bondo on the old panel. wasn't that bad.

Your logic around solid subframe mounts is reasonable at it relates to the mounting point cracks. The bigger concern, though, is that solid mounts will likely increase stresses on the RACP. Which is a huge issue already. If you’re doing topside reinforcement and/or structural foam, this might alleviate the problem. If you are ONLY addressing mount point stresses, you’re in for some troubles ahead.
